let me bring it to you another way. the site AdultAlchemy in your sig, why spend so much on a really nice design to make that shit all pretty if eye-candy doesnt sell. the fact is, eye-candy does sell. thats why so many big companies spend so much money to look professional. we spent alot of money to give our sites "the look" so why would i want to top it off with some cheezy ass banner that looks like a 4yo made it? until i see some improvement, its goin to stay a text link

Do not juge what i say cause of my sig.

I did try AA the week they made a promo but was very desappointed of the convertion. G3X was way better before they switched.

The reason i still have that sig is that i'm to bored to change it right now.

And talking about a KISS ( Keep It Simply Stupid) site; Someone at AA dint learned their lesson. G3X (in my mind) Where WAY better.

There is a difference between entertaining your costumers and bring them what they would pay for.

i was using that site as an example, the point is there is a big difference between KISS marketing and lookin like crap. just because something is simple dont mean it cant be attractive or appealing.

Fleshlight does not look like crap!

Fleshlight is giving what is needed buy the persons who they deal with. The graphism made for their banner does not suck and or look bad. They made a design that sell, tested it, and use it again and again.

2nd marketing rule: do not fix what is not broken. ( do not change banner that convert for the fun of it).Or because you dont like it.( 3 rd thing you are learning: A big error in marketing is to beleive that what you think everyboy think the same as you).

people buy fleshlights because there is no competition for it. that does not mean that their promo materials are generating the max amount of sales. how do you know that their sales wouldnt double with a more professional look? for somebody that is actually trying to "teach" me the rules of successful marketing you dont seem to know the first thing about advertising or sales. now nothing against fleshlight but their site does suck, anyone will tell you that even the people that work for fleshlight. it looks like a customized generic storefront template for oscommerce. what you need to learn is that just because something produces a few sales for you, doesnt mean that it is performing at its full potential.
