There is no arguement that that 2257 is non compliant. However, they are in another country I believe. As long as they provide documents for YOU to be compliant once you purchase the content I don't see how their site matters at all.

The site matters beause he DOES have a 2257 declaration on the site. A 2257 declaration is one of the most basic things that are required by 2257. The problem is that the declaration that he has is non-compliant. If he can't get something that basic done correctly then why would any US Based person trust that the rest of his stuff is compliant?

So...kandah....I'll give you this challenge:

If I buy this content package and I find that it is non-compliant in any way and then I publicly post why it is not compliant, are you willing to give me double my money back?

the docs are more comprehensive than the sets of other content providers who call 2257 compliant.
