I'll pass. I prefer to buy content from sites that are 2257 compliant....This one is not.

Great price but not worth the risk. :2 cents:

Hey, it's not my fault that your site is not 2257 compliant.

Try fixing it instead of being a dick to me for pointing it out to you. :321GFY

Kinda funny that you are admitting that you don't know shit about 2257 compliance and yet you have also stated: "All my content comes with 2257 documents."

This is EXACTLY why people should not buy content from providers like you.

fetishblog 04-19-2006 08:19 PM

Bump for a great fucking deal! :thumbsup

Lykos 04-19-2006 08:47 PM

Why the fuck would he care if his site is compliant? Do the laws stretch to Sweden now?

rowan 04-19-2006 09:25 PM

kandah, when viewing a set, "Click to enlarge" just displays the same thumb in a new window... (??)

eg http://monicasmodels.com/product_inf...roducts_id=688

Oh yeah, my mistake.

For some reason I was under the impression that he was making his offer on a primarily based US webmaster board.

WTF was I thinking?

Now, go crawl back under the fridge you fucking cockroach. :321GFY

gooddomains 04-20-2006 12:02 AM

There is no arguement that that 2257 is non compliant. However, they are in another country I believe. As long as they provide documents for YOU to be compliant once you purchase the content I don't see how their site matters at all.

The site matters beause he DOES have a 2257 declaration on the site. A 2257 declaration is one of the most basic things that are required by 2257. The problem is that the declaration that he has is non-compliant. If he can't get something that basic done correctly then why would any US Based person trust that the rest of his stuff is compliant?

So...kandah....I'll give you this challenge:

If I buy this content package and I find that it is non-compliant in any way and then I publicly post why it is not compliant, are you willing to give me double my money back?

How sure are you that your content is compliant?

This still will not change the fact that your site should be compliant though.

Put your money where your mouth is.

AaronM 04-20-2006 11:46 AM

Bumpity bump bump.

Sure, no problem. However you have to pay 1750 bucks for the sets and ill give you 3500 back if they are non compliant.

Dude, your content sucks. I don't need it in the first place but I will risk the $150 because I'm fairly sure that your stuff will not be compliant.

So, what you are sayig is that at $150 your stuff is not guaranteed to be compliant but at $1,750 it is?

Interesting.

AaronM 04-20-2006 12:26 PM

Anybody who is certain that there content is compliant would have taken me up on my offer.

bobby666 04-20-2006 12:32 PM

getting thrilling to read
i have just looked at the 2257 documents of the sets and have to say that
the docs are more comprehensive than the sets of other content providers who call 2257 compliant.
others: pics of actor with a driving license in hand+ one sheet contract
here: three sheet conract + pic of actor with driving licens + pic of passport

Well then...What's the problem with him taking me up on my offer? Sounds like he has nothing to lose.

BTW....Since when does a contract mean anything is compliant? Where in 2257 does it state that a contract or a 2nd piece of ID is required?

Just because somebody has docs does not mean those docs are compliant.

I'm not sayig his content isn't compliant, I'm saying he doesn't have enough faith in his own compliance to take me up on my challenge.

That speaks volumes.
