Hiring AI Reel Editor (Full-Time)

We’re looking for someone who’s creative, reliable, and fast with AI tools to join our team as a full-time AI Reel Editor.

We run a network of social media accounts that promote our OnlyFans models, and we need someone who can consistently produce short, high-performing reels (5–7 seconds each) that grab attention and keep people watching.

This role is very execution-focused you’ll be generating clips using different AI tools, then turning those clips into engaging reels using editing software.

What you’ll be doing:

Creating short 5–7 second reels using AI-generated clips

Using tools like KlingAI, Nano Banana, and other AI generators we provide

Editing footage in CapCut or Premiere Pro to give each reel a strong hook and high watch time

Producing around 25 reels per day and a few high-quality AI images of models.

Following style guides and examples we provide

Staying consistent with deadlines and quality

What we’re looking for:

Someone comfortable using AI video tools (or willing to learn quickly)

Good video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)

Good eye for pacing, hooks, and what makes a reel keep viewers watching

Full-time availability: 8 hours/day, Monday to Friday

Reliable, consistent, and able to improve based on feedback

Pay:

$5/hour
There’s room to grow in pay and responsibilities depending on performance and work ethic.
