Think of this as a band looking for a Manager.
I am the Creator & Producer behind PrivatePOV.
I am also the Lead Designer & Web Developer. The entire brand identity, website, and graphic assets are produced in-house by me.

I personally execute the entire creative pipeline: Directing, Filming, Editing, and Graphic Design.
Crucially, I am also the Male Lead (POV Performer).
This "One-Man-Army" setup ensures total creative control, genuine on-screen chemistry, near-zero asset costs, and rapid execution.
I have the production capability. I need YOU to handle the business strategy.

The Gap:
I have the secured capital, the production pipeline, and the creative vision.
What I need is the Business Strategy & Execution.
I am not just looking for a plan or advice; I am looking for a partner to build and run the business side with a focus on ROI (Return on Investment).

Current Status:
We are in the Pre-Launch Phase. I am currently casting the Lead Female Muse.

• Investment: We have allocated a competitive budget to ensure exclusivity and consistency for the Lead Talent.
• Production Output: Once launched, I will deliver ~10 high-quality, story-driven videos per month. This ensures a consistent content schedule for the subscribers without bloating the production costs.

The Product (Our USP):
PrivatePOV fills the gap for "Real Intimacy" in a plastic world.

• Location & Talent: Based in Central Europe (Budapest). We leverage the world-renowned beauty and elegance of the region, but with a strictly ethical, high-end approach.
• The Philosophy: Our motto "Where women come first" is literal. We subvert the typical aggressive gonzo formula. Instead of mechanical performance, we focus on anticipation, seduction, and legitimate female pleasure. It serves the male fantasy of being a skilled lover, not just a user.
• The Talent Strategy: Phased Expansion.
  • Phase 1 (Validation): We launch with ONE exclusive, high-caliber female lead to prove the concept (Proof of Concept) and build a loyal fanbase.
  • Phase 2 (Scaling): Once the business model is validated, we will expand the "Cinematic Universe" with guest stars and new recurring characters based on market demand.
• The Aesthetic (Strategic Constraint): Masked / Faceless.
  We are fully aware that showing faces yields higher conversion rates. However, the mask is a strategic recruitment necessity to access high-caliber, "civilian" talent who require anonymity.
  The Challenge: We are actively scouting for face-reveal talent, but for the launch phase, we need to find a strategy where the mask becomes an advantage rather than a marketing disadvantage. Let's work together to turn this constraint into a unique feature (e.g., by focusing on body language, voice, and the "secret lover" fantasy).

Your Role:
You will act as the Brand Manager / Lead Strategist. You don't need to hire designers or coders.
Your responsibilities:

1. Strategy over Execution: You tell me what we need (e.g., "We need a new landing page for a specific funnel"), and I build it to spec. You focus on the why and the cost-efficiency.
2. Content Direction (Creative Briefs): I don't want to guess what's trending. You analyze the market and tell me what to shoot/design. (e.g., "Film a teasing POV scene about X theme"). I produce the high-quality assets based on your instructions.
3. Copywriting & Operations: I deliver the visuals (Video/Photo/Design). YOU handle the rest: writing the captions, sales copy, emails, and the actual daily management/posting on platforms.
4. Monetization Architecture: Membership Site vs. Clip Stores vs. Fan Platforms. You define and implement the best platform mix.
5. Customer Acquisition: Design and execute the funnel. How do we convert cold traffic (from Reddit, Twitter, or Tubes) into paying customers efficiently?

Who we are looking for:

• You are an industry veteran who understands the business of adult entertainment.
• You know how to market "Authenticity" and maximize revenue without wasting budget on unnecessary ads.
