Been selling looping animated background (motion backgrounds) for quite a few years now, and these HD and 4K stock video clips have made me a real nice amount of profit over the years.

However, only a few years ago, websites such as VideoBlocks would pay a whoppin' $75 for a single clip sale. Flash forward to 2020 and Shuttershock pays me (as the content owner) wait for it... $0.60 for a clip sale! Which is absolutely ridicilious.

The only way to make some cash, I guess is to launch your own Stock Footage store, since you'll get to keep 100% of the profits. I've seen Wordpress themes that are made just for that (stock photo and video). But I really don't feel like building another website for it, especially the promoting part etc.

This has always been a passive side-hussle and I never really put any work into it after uploading everything to multiple online stock video market places.


Anyway, I figured I might as well offer a direct sale her at GFY at an extreme discount. That way, I won't get screwed over by ShutterStock for $0.60 per sale, lol.

If anyone is interested in creating such ecommerce website, with around 700 mostly HD clips and a few 4K videos, this library would be a great start. I'm open to anyone who makes me an offer for the sale of the entire library (including reseller rights), you can even take over the existing seller accounts (pond5, shutterstock), but like I said; those $0.60 per sale ain't going to make you rich selling on Shutterstock. Basically, you can make me an offer to take over the entire business.

Most clips are 30 seconds in length, a few are 19 seconds in length. About 95% of the clips are looping animations, so you can "loop" these backgrounds as long as you'd like. (the start frame is exactly the same as the last frame of the video)

To clear things up; the reseller license is only for someone that wants to re-sell the clips as stock footage.

Of course, it's no problem to use any of these clips in a montage and sell the end project to any of your clients, with a regular license.
