A person in imminent danger should stay where their life is at risk and wait for months or years for paperwork to be processed in America?

I mean I get what Trump's trying to do he's just trying to not take the asylum seekers and just fucking with people but it won't hold up in court.

Another quick fix Band-Aid to appeal to his base that's going to be peeled off by the courts.

you cant sneak in and when you get caught claim you are in fear. they run from police!!!! what they don't feel safe here? they know it's not right. some of them go home certain parts of the year. that asylum is bs to get in. is that a lie dead-eye tell the truth dogg

I'm just saying it's not going to hold up in court because there's no logic to the policy based on the premise of imminent danger that asylum seekers claim when seeking asylum.

If people are fleeing terror in their country they will walk to the first safe country they can. So why walk across safe countries to get to the US. Because the US offers them jobs, education, healthcare, etc. So they are now illegal economic migrants not asylum seekers.

Should the US allow them in to take jobs away from Americans, require funds from American taxpayers and some become criminals to allow the liberals a warm feeling they're doing their bit to save the world?
