PSA - Dispelling SEO Wives Tales w/ Google

#1 Don't put all of your properties (or any of them for that matter!!!) in the same Google account for Webmaster Tools/Search Console/Analytics. Google will know all of your stuff and ban you!

Why isn't it true? This is not true because: SEO companies. An SEO company can have hundreds of properties in such accounts. So Google never made it a point to try and find their biggest problems on a personal or company level. Instead they focussed on the core factors of the problems as they pertain to each individual URL. Has Google used similar associations to ban/filter/devalue enmass in the past? Yes. Link exchange hubs, sites and farms have been banned, but it was at the site level, not the organization level. Similar sites with similar scripts/templates/content all linking into each other.

So feel free to look like a player on the SEO marketplace with all of your properties in one account. Google doesn't give two shits.

#2 Don't use Gmail or G-Suite products in conjunction with your black hat SEO, or even your white hat SEO! Google will read your Emails and look into your spreadsheets! Insta-ban!!!

Why isn't it true? Because it goes against their own TOS and Privacy policies. Google employees do NOT scan your Emails and Sheets looking for linking associations or smoking guns of your black hat SEO techniques. Yes, Gmail does scan your Email looking for items it can associate with it for advertising purposes. They don't create algorithms looking for things like, "I am selling links on mydomain.com for $500 a year."

Fortune 500 companies would not use the G-Suite if things like this were going on. They make FAR MORE MONEY on these services than they would save by resorting to these tactics instead of writing algorithms that catch you without losing subscription money from big companies.

#3 Don't use Skype, Microsoft is checking it for black hat stuff as well!

Why isn't it true? Because Microsoft knows you'd just use one of its competitors to chat about black hat SEO. And you probably talk about more than just BH SEO. So if you are talking about other things 90% of the time, they lose out on that market share. So they really couldn't give two fucks about what you talk about. The NSA on the other hand? Well, just don't talk about pressure cookers if you aren't cooking a roast.

Can I ask you a question about link building? Once you build a new property and it has 1000 pages you want to rank. Do you start building links to all of the pages or do you focus on the homepage and some of these pages at first and then monitor progress and go on from there? In other words, what's a good starting link building strategy for a larger site?

If is goyim, penalize, else promote.

How many leftists are hit with "quality" penalties? Their tactics are consistent across all of their platforms.

I would link into deep pages from smaller sites in Alexa ratings. And go long tail with keywords.

To index I'd do links from well established domains. $200 per year on low end. $1200 on high.

Index would be a mixture of branding and good keywords with short tail. And a few contextual with long tail.

I agree with you OP, there are too much superstition and paranoia around the search engine community. It's just ignorance - at least you're trying to clear some of them up as you can see some are not receptive and that's on them. People like to blame what they don't understand, on something else. They reach for what makes sense to them. Like google needs your sites to be in the same account to find out about one's shitty SEO practices.
