Because IQ45 is not a good negotiator and because 12 fiscally conservative Republicans in the senate voted NO on vanity border wall funding multiple times.

The Republicans never supported the border wall funding. This is why they've waited until Democrats took power in the house to try and blame the Democrats for no border wall.

it's just another of many cases of Republicans playing dirty politics and lying to their constituents.

So.... We need to build a wall, and it needs to be deep. Then we need detection to make sure no one digs a tunnel. Then we'll need some kind of a system to see when they are climbing over the wall. Don't get me wrong here... I am all for border security. We have walls where we need walls. We have fences where we need fences. We have vehicle barriers where we need vehicle barriers. But there is no need to be building more walls that they will easily go under, over, through, or around... That's a waste of money.

Some 376 people just tunneled under the wall at seven different locations in one day. Pretty much makes a wall pointless.

Are you for spending more on Welfare, schooling, healthcare, policing, etc. All because of the high numbers of illegal immigrants?

We have a great big bloody sea around our entire country and we still have illegal immigration.

If spending billions of dollars on a wall that won't work is the way some people think this will be fixed then they're seriously lacking in intelligence.

The difference is quality. People coming in across the border aren't the same calibre as people getting a visa and over staying. Are you for AU stopping illegal immigrants in boats or not?

See that's the big myth. It's not illegal to seek asylum or refugee status in Australia.

Boats are not illegal immigration, they're just a way for refugees to come here and seek asylum.
