No that is not an option for personal account-holders. You can only withdraw to a bank account in your own name.

@RuthB what you write is truly funny. So I can not transfer my own money to my Firm account???? Also, you wrote it will take up to 10 days to send the card to print but I see no change in my account. Look into that is frustrating for real. You billed me 40 bucks for a card I do not have. Is this correct?

Do you have a business account? If you have a business account then yes you can withdraw the funds to the company bank account, but if you have a personal account then no, you can't withdraw the funds to anyone other than yourself. This is how it has always been.

Only clients that request the card have ever been charged the annual fee for the card. The Paxum card has NEVER been compulsory.

Clients that paid the annual fee for a previously existing Paxum card will not have to pay a new fee to get a replacement card. We have said this, and this is true.

I paid a fee for something I do not have YET and when I will have a card?? God knows when! I asked for a card 11 business days ago and still no update.

Ruth, you know what I mean. Currently, no one has your temporary card.

Please tell us when your European customers will receive their cards. Apparently 10 business days are not enough. Concrete deadlines, if possible.

Not true. Sponsors charge $2 on average for Paxum payouts, $20 for Wires.

That means if you get paid by 20 sponsors monthly, that's $40 in Paxum fees, instead of $400 in Wire fees. $360 saved (minus withdrawal fees).

I understand that you use Paxum because of the card, but that's not the case for everyone :-)

Problem is that you have also said around mid April that new cards would start going out the week after, that turned out to be - not true.

In the Paxum account overview, people's card are in "Printing" since more than the stated 10 business days, so that part also turned out to be - not true.

Thing here is that it is really hard to know what part of what you/Paxum say is true and not, since several things in the last weeks have turned out to not be as you say. There is one timeline or expected time said, then it's broken and no explanation as to why and no new timeframe is set either.

i have a business account and it wont allow me to transfer to my personal bank account, even though my business account with paxum clearly has my name associated with it. I still havent got a single reply from you or support about the tickets i opened up.

Why would you open several tickets with support? It's because of people like you it gets so cluttered up and everyone has to wait. Do you think it helps if you open more tickets?

I guess i would think that since i had done it a few transfers in the past from my paxum business account to my personal bank account without issues. As far as the tickets i opened they have been open for over a month relating to other questions i have/had. Further more i didnt realize i had to read every gfy thread to get my answer about my paxum account.

I think it's the names that need to match.

- Paxum Personal account -> you can withdraw to bank account under your name
- Paxum Business account under company name -> you can withdraw to a bank account under the company name
- Paxum Business account for a sole proprietorship under your name -> you can withdraw to a bank account under your name.

This third one is just a guess though. I don't know whether they open business accounts to sole proprietors. It could also vary from country to country.

The limits for the temporary card will be $2,000 USD loading per day and $20,000 USD maximum loading per month. Those will be temporary limits and will be increased later.

Paxum will focus on verifying all new clients as swiftly as possible. Then, in a few weeks, we will issue our regular logo branded Paxum card again at no extra cost for existing card-holders. The regular Paxum card will have higher limits than the previous Paxum card. Please log-in to your account from time to time to check for new announcements as we will update clients of our progress.

Paxum offers multiple withdrawal options (Swift Wire, EFT/ACH, External Credit/Debit Card, and Transfer to Other Accounts), instant payments worldwide, and we still offer instant withdrawal so clients can continue to access their funds while awaiting a card replacement.

Should be completed within 4 weeks??? Today is May 10th, your post was made April 13th, if we count weeks very nicely, it will still be the 13th on Sunday and no cards are here. There came one message to unverified clients to not create tickets, but the message went out to all, both verified and unverified clients. But I already got an email that a new replacement card will be shipped to me. Why would I have to request and pay the fee, when I was told it will be printed shipped free of charge as a replacement? I do not get it. If I request a card, what if I get 2 cards this way? The one they said they would send, and the one I would request.
