Can Trump raise usd against developing country currencies again?
At the end of January 2017 the usd has raised at its max. rates against developing country currencies but on February its decreasing. Do you believe dollar would be raise by FED and Trump again in the next months? What do you think? |

Trump has nothing to do with it - it's the Federal Reserve that runs that - and all depends on if they raise interest rates...if they do raise them then the dollar should follow. We'll find out the middle of March at their next meeting
With the rise in CPI and a few other indicators, interest rates should go up a small amount, but don't count on it as they have been real stingy for quite some time |

at the moment the dollar is much too high. us-exports are suffering from that.
and the dollar will not come down fast because trump took the regulations from the financial services and gave them the go into the next crisis. that means, that there is now a good playground for speculators who want to invest in this uncontrolled market. they buy a lot of dollars for it and the dollar increases. a strong dollar is only good for imports and this is what he wants to eliminate. so you can turn it around and around it will not work at all. |

It could - but I am not confident enough to bet anything on it - the Fed has done the opposite of what it should do too much lately
