Never had a personal beef with the guy until recently when he was trying HARD to get a model that I have been shooting with. She told me he or someone from his company was bugging the shit out of her and talking shit about "Robert the amateur guy you are shooting with." She likes me so that did it for her, killed his chances of shooting with her.

Sucks he didnt pay his hosting bill, his site is quite nice.

That was SO unbelievable when she told us that...what an asshat to have said something like that bout you.

And, then there's when 1 1/2 years ago, he was going "after" and harassing this one girl I shot in early 2011...badgered the fuck out of her too, on and on, even though she made it MORE than clear she didn't do, or want to do BG work...

I personally, like you Rob, don't have a beef with the guy...but him telling her to not come to Vegas to shoot with me, also REALLY closed the door of his line of contact with her.

I've seen some of his other methods for talking to and being pushy with modelmayhem girls, just exchanging messages through the site and they are pushy.

Just shows how careful you have to be sometimes I guess.

It doesn't help that everyone keeps ganging up on him too. It was deserved for a time, but indefinitely?

I was there when she told Rob that...and she DEFINITELY said he was "slighting" Rob, as in "Why would you even want to bother with that guy?"...Nothing even close to positive about it.

Sadly this is not a unique scenario. I won't name names but there are certain producers in the California area that are always secretive and trying to steal each others talent from each other.
Being nice and kind is always rewarding in then end and has a snowball effect.

While you were gone from GFY, there was a nutjob content producer named Eddie Coates (SunDevilAngels) who liked to threaten just about everyone here. Eddie was a pr nightmare, so who does he get to handle his marketing and public relations, Alienq lol. I've sometimes wondered why Eddie has so much hatred in his heart. He wrote to me several times mostly being a hater... but a few times he was a complete gentleman. He would explain that his hater attitude was always brought on by others, usually Rob from FTV. He never took responsibility for his own actions...it was always someone elses fault that he acted the way that he did. He's a very talented photographer for sure...but his attitude/personality always gets in the way of his success, and it always will.

Not sure what happened to his site but it appears that he is no longer the owner (check whois). I know that he had a partner that he didn't see eye-to-eye with and it looks like his partner now owns the site. Not sure if he sold his interest or was pushed out but it's sad because I know that Eddie put his heart & soul into that site.

If Eddie would take some serious steps to get rid of or at least minimize the hate & rage that fills his heart, he could really do something great. Not many can shoot his style with the consistent results that he gets. Good luck Eddie!
