Did it make you short-tempered? I remember being very ornery when I tried Atkins for over 3 months. The pounds just melted right off though...

I went to KFC with a friend today and we both tried one of these. It was too rich for me. It is greasy as hell and it just seemed like it was too much of too many good things. And I think I could feel my arteries hardening as I chewed.
