Traffic: Targetting one keyword vs multiple keyword targets

This is quite a classic question for people who want to optimize their site. I like how Rand Fish attacks this problem in a very methodical way. Enjoy!

please I just use meta tags, and then hide my keywords with invisible text on the top of the page, blammo, top 10 google in under 2 days!
