Do a search, be careful though, most of the studies that show this are on big conspiracy websites, like ScienceDaily,Wall Street Journal and other 'crazy kook' websites like that :1orglaugh.

Even better, do a little search on what happened that LAST time they tried to scare us with a "swine flu" and vaccinated all those people.. (late seventies - 76 I'm pretty sure) and you'll see why you shouldn't be getting the vaccine for this one either.

I think the main thing is to keep your hands away from your face and make sure that only freshly washed hands touch your food (I'm becoming a little paranoid of eating at the computer since the keys and mouse could contaminate my hands and then my hands touch my food...).
