Ok first let me clear this....I'm an asshole....after my last 72 hours
of downtime.....the box finally got up again.....it turns out they we're looking at the wrong box....can you fucking believe it?

I got that as an excuse....they gave me access to a box that was
empty.....long story short...finally my own box was up again....
Wrongly labeled by Myles.......NOT since after the Myles incident
of course there have been problems....they got solved so they
did knew where my server was.....

Anyway....box was up again.....and I didn't downloaded the stuff
fast enough to move to a new ISP......less than 24 hours later
Box is down again......I will post several ICQ logs that will explain
the story.......

If you are with cologroup....get the hell out...as my new mission
is to destroy them......after the ICQ logs you will know.....so be
warned.....I'm going after them

Yes I'm already working on that.....I have backups of course...it's
just a pain uploading everything from my office as I could have
done a server to server move......however they can't manage
to keep my box up for 24 hours straight...so that option is not
an option anymore.....

Funny thing is there really isn't anything wrong with the server
it's all bullshit excuses....

Techs saying something is wrong with the firewall while there isn't
any running.........anymore.....so much for awesome support team

Thanks all for the support.....and yes ironically it is funny.....
I didn't even know who did the fucking support....all I had was
Jason his ICQ and Myles.....but he's not there anymore.....

look at the timestamps those are even funnier......more than a
full week.....yes no typo.....a full week dowtime in 1 month.....
80% because they claim they couldn't find my server or it was
labeled wrong.....which is a crock of shit.....I will post proof of
this tomorrow....as that ICQ is in my office and currently I'm at
home......

my most important things never ran with cologroup but I did store
quite an amount of data on that server....and content....and I paid
for it.....so I want it to work....hell they even charged me for 10
Mbits while the stats they provided me we're showing less than
1 Mbps......

Come Jason....let's dance....join the conversation and have some

I guess I would have gotten the exact same replies by phone
it's not that they didn't knew something was wrong...

like I said many times before.....real important stuff is not on
that server.....I merely used it for storage and server to server
moves aswell as some other small stuff.....hence I was this
patient...

I was stupid it enough to let this happen....I'm not that stupid
that I would host really important stuff there.
