no I mentioned this before I use the box mainly to store data
and move data and content around....server to server....I do
have backups but I don't like to upload it from my office again.
There is at least 15 to 20Gbyte on that box....so imagine
uploading that....

There is also 1 small tgp on that box....which of course is not
completely dead....but I'm not too concerned about that. Also
another amateur paysite that I run for a friend.....it doesn't have
a lot of members but it does have some.....he's not very happy
either.

I just want to get this solved....attorneys won't get my box up
either.....I'm still trying to talk......I have calmed down again as
you can see in my last ICQ log......but still it's not moving..

the box is now a full week down....it has been up in between
less than 24 hours...and now it seems lost again...

The sad thing is that there is nothing wrong with the machine
Most likely they took out the wrong box that's why it went down
again...

The box that was empty of which they thought it was mine....
then it turned out that it was just an empty clean installed box
that was never given to anybody.....

I suspect to avoid further confusion they wanted to take that
box out.....but instead took out mine which they had just found
and put online again......

The box they turned up with this morning was the empty box
again.......

No, the thread can go on as long as you want it. There was a mistake, thats it. Plain and simple. What do you want me to do? The labeling was wrong on your server, it was labled wrong by a guy who was fired, and now the server no longer exists because of it.

It is my company so I take responsibility, but I also know that I fired Myles because of this shit. If I had labeled your server wrong and caused all these problems, I'd feel pretty shitty. Aside from this, I have hundreads of happy customers and I dont think anyone on our network has anything to complain about right now. Our service has improved consistantly, and your server being mislabled was an unintentional ticking time bomb from the guy who got fired.

I did all I could and I cant change what happened. I had other customers who suffered down time due to Myles departure, and I actually gave back thousands of dollars in credits last month because of it. Now all the customers see the improvement and everyone is happy, but you. Your problem is a case of bad luck and I am honestly sorry.

What do you want me to do? The labeling was wrong on your server, it was labled wrong by a guy who was fired, and now the server no longer exists because of it. It is my company so I take responsibility, but I also know that I fired Myles because of this shit. If I had labeled your server wrong and caused all these problems, I'd feel pretty shitty. Aside from this, I have hundreads of happy customers and I dont think anyone on our network has anything to complain about right now. Our service has improved consistantly, and your server being mislabled was an unintentional ticking time bomb from the guy who got fired. I did all I could and I cant change what happened. I had other customers who suffered down time due to Myles departure, and I actually gave back thousands of dollars in credits last month because of it. Now all the customers see the improvement and everyone is happy, but you. Your problem is a case of bad luck and I am honestly sorry. Is it money you want? Do you want me to console you. If you do want something, let me know, dont bitch about it on GFY.
