I smoked for 23 years mid April it will be 1 year without any... I tried the new stop smoking pill from the doc,s Chantix at first it was ok then 2 weeks down the road I wanted to yank mother fuckers out of their car and beat the living shit out of them for simple stupid traffic stuff lol that ain't me.. I said fuck it and For 1 week I took the salted sunflower seeds still in the shell and sucked on them! I was sound 2 lbs of them bad boys I blew up like a floating body in the Al antic!! LOL

MAN you aint kidding I swear I can smell a fart from a ant lol Food taste so much better I smell better my car and house and my kids smell better it's weird when you smoke you don't know you stink till you quit for a long time my kids go over to my moms and when they come back they smell like a wet ash tray :(

lol exactly! When my sense of smell came back, I realised how badly my whole house REAKED.

Formula 409 works well to clean interior walls of the brown gunk that smoke leaves on the paint. You'll need several bottles of it too..

Thanks, things are smelling better for sure. We never smoked in the house, so that is a good thing. Now we just have to take all our good clothes to the cleaners to get out any Cig smell

Just go cold turkey, the pain is the same, all the gimmicks just spread it out overtime... and the longer it takes, the higher the chances that few days into it you will say "fuck it" and start smoking again...

The best way to quit is to first vow to never buy another pack of cigarettes again....If you need one, bum it off of someone else....

Then you should NEVER say that you'll never smoke again because you'll feel like shit when you slip....Just say that you're not fucking with cigarettes anymore but you never know.....So if every once in awhile, you smoke a cig it's ok...

That's how I did it and now I can't even stand the smell of cigarette smoke.....I'm not saying I'll never smoke again but I can't see myself smoking one right now.....

Quitted about 5 weeks ago, on the patch and feel great.

i get the little bit of nausea right after taking it and did get the vivid dreams until i stoped taking it later at night. if i take the nightly tab between 5-6 no vivid dreams

and BVF said, weed it the sollution ... if you need something to smoke, weed can fill the needs and if you have good weed, three four joints/cigarettes daily is enough and its much better than 40 cigarettes :winkwink:
