never seen anything like it.
she stands in the doorway of my office 7 feet away and it's smells like I just dived in the toilet after eating expired Mexican food.

the problem is every now and then we have to work on a project together and she has to sit next to me by the computer for 5-10 minutes.

I took that thing that hangs on the mirror in my car that, put it under the table - didn't help. the shit smell is still too strong.
I have a deodorant in my drawer I use myself if I forget to put on at home, I sprayed that all over the room - doesn't help either, the poo smell wins

she's gonna be back in half an hour....help me...please advice...give me ideas....help me...

Wear a cup, be away from things that could be thrown, have people near. Then say this may be personal but I think you may have stepped in some feces or something as you have an unpleasant odor.

If that is to extreme. Leave an anonymous note on her car window that is not super mean.

There is no great way to tell an adult that they need to wipe their ass. It's an uncomfortable conversation no matter what. You can try and beat around the bush and make the conversation about general hygiene, but then you run the risk of confusion, which will have to be followed up by a second conversation to remedy it.
Expect the person to be embarrassed and/or to deny that there is a problem. Do it at the end of the day, just before the person leaves, so they don't have to think about it in front of you for the rest of the day. If you have another person (preferably a woman), who can sit in, it's not bad to have validation (just make sure you discuss your approach together before hand).
Think about how you'd want to be told about a hygiene issue...
