I think it's bad they kicked those people off the plane but it is so kick-ass that a lot of these companies now charge fat-asses the price of two seats instead of one.

I feel for the airline, since there is a law that gives the flight crew the right pretty much to exclude passengers for any reason whatsoever, including that they or the other passengers don't feel comfortable with them. This is why the guys who got kicked off will probably lose in the end: How can the sue an airline for acting within the law?
