Good idea but save the $6 per hour ($500 a week) and put in a change machine. Then you also wire up the place with cameras that you can watch and record from home. Make the cameras very visiable and put signs up everywhere that the location is being monitored by a security company. Will reduce the idiots that try to break into your machines. I would stock it with a food machine as well and put in a microwave for them to use. good idea.

I have been looking at mini storages and car washes. I have never heard of 1 mini storage or car wash closing down. Always seem like money makers expecially in the right areas.
