you guys still get those warm holiday feelings?
i was in the grocery yesterday and they were playing old-fashioned christmas music, and as i shopped around bundled up in my winter gear i couldn't help but get that warm holiday feeling... you know what i'm talking about??

Not to piss on the parade, but no - not after my son died. I put up a lit candle for him on the mantle from Thanksgiving to NYE and that's it for Christmas decorations. I love to buy for others so I still give gifts, but Christmas and other holidays are very hard for me and quite frankly I would be happy spending them curled into a fetal position on the sofa.
