I've seen this before and I think the testing method is a little skewed. They're allowing 10 concurrent connections to fetch inline images, css, js etc but a typical browser (unless tweaked) will only do 4 at a time.

Plus - where is this server located as opposed to your server etc etc .... End users connection speed yadda yadda

tests like this IMO are about as useful as alexa. Use them as a very loose guide and not *the* definite answer
