Yeah dude, I can point you in the right direction.
I have a WordPress blog with a global translator plug in on it, it does 13 languages. I know there are codes for you to install on your site that will give you Google and Babel Fish Translation options for your site (With the little flag gifs) Here is a link to the Word Press Plug in Here is a widget from widget box that has the Google Translator And here is some information about Mozilla Translation Or you can hire 15 different people to do it page by page. I would have to recommend World Lingo (www.worldlingo.com) they did one of my sites a few years back and it took just a few days to get it into 7 languages. I was also surprised how cheap it was.
