By definition, a Christian is a person who is Christ-like. By this definition, less than 0.1% of all modern-day "Christians" are truly Christian at all. Roman Catholics are indeed Christian, despite what followers of Protestant religions want to believe. Catholics existed long before any Protestants, and aside from Orthodox Christians, are generally considered the "original Christians".
