domain 8 dollars, cheap hosting 10/month
18 dollar invetment for the first month isnt going to kill anyone, im sure a noob would like to start off on the right track and get hosting + a domain (although your ref links look really juicy). sooner or later you will want to get your own domain so why waste all your hard work on posting to a free host?

You don't just find random pictures around the net people!! You sign up for sponsors, then you will have access to a ton of galleries which you can post on your site, as long as you promote the sponsor along with them. You can get zipfiles with content, or use FHG's (Free hosted galleries)
