Same rambling BS. To educate you I will explain the US system to you. We have three branches of government one branch (Congress) proposes and passes laws. One branch (Executive) signs or vetos the law. When the new law is challenged as many, if not most are, the third branch of government (Supreme Court) decides if the law is a constitutional law or not, or parts there of. This is the same system we have had for more than 200 years and it has and does serve us well. We stumble from time to time but it works out in the end.

In addition if one does not like those in Congress or the Executive that represent them, every two, four, and six years the people are given the opportunity to change those that they do not like.

The majority of Americans like our system and are not really interested in what some lying third world asswipe has to say about our system.

The judicial branch is the one that interprets the constitution. Not the President, not the Congress, not us. Bush is trying to find a loophole so that he doesn't have to abide by the Supreme Court's ruling. If you don't like the Supreme Court and the judicial branch, so be it. We can do away with it and become the type of government we are fighting against in the Middle East. But right now, I prefer that my government abide by the constitution as interpreted by judicial branch.
