This is the first female Transformer ever made and she was a Japanese exclusive. She's highly sought after by collectors for these two reasons alone, plus the fact it's difficult to find one that hasn't yellowed over the years due to the white plastic. You may recognize the mold as that of the smaller headmaster Nightbeat. Yes, that's why he looks so feminine. I believe I read they slightly remolded him to look a bit more masculine when brought to the states. In the Masterforce line, these were called the Junior Headmasters and were actually three kids that were allowed to have headmaster bodies to assist the Autobots. She was a little schoolgirl in a cute dress. You got to love the Japanese and their schoolgirl fetishes...
