He's blowin' up all over the place, yo.

Every tenth sale comes with a block of cheese, a 40 of Olde English, and the latest edition of Auto Trader (Chevy Camaro section is pre-bookmarked).

That's when I neglected StudioCash, and did not pursue the beta phase or a full launch of the program any further, just letting it sit there and collect dust.

I let my NATS license expire, and for 5 of the last 6 months or so, no new joins have been coming through.

Then I let my hosting expire as well, so all the sites were offline for a month, and that screwed up some of the SE placements as well.

This alone shows how smart you are...

You had it all handed to you in a plate with the GFY contest you won, and nevertheless you managed to ROYALY fuck it all up pffff :disgust

so, let me get this straight: the only thing included is the domains and softcore content for xfestivals? is that right? and if so, how much content are we talking about? man, why don't you make a page describing EXACTLY what will the buyer get and put it online? I was about to bid but now I don't have a clue about what's included in the sale and my bid went from high 4 figures to a couple hundreds, so please be a little more specific

I first announced I was leaving about a year ago. I got alot of inquiries and told everyone I would put together a sales package with more info.

I never did.

Instead I decided I could sell it for more money if I actually launched the program and built up a solid base of affiliates and members. So I went back to working on it, and finished everything and got it ready to launch a couple of months ago.

And right as I was about to launch it and reap the rewards of four years of work, I realized why I wanted to sell in the first place. I knew once I launched the program and the money started to come in, it would be very hard for me to walk away.

So I announced the sale again, found a buyer and a verbal agreement in place.

The buyer wanted me to launch everything for him. I was okay with that. He was in the middle of purchasing another business and things were dragging on longer than I was willing to wait.

Which brings us here, and this auction.

Last night I decided I was not going to wait another day. I decided I was going to sell StudioCash, no matter what the price, so I can finally move on and follow my dream.

Thats why nobody should deal with this person. He was full of shit, is full of shit and will always be full of shit.

Why you think it isnt sold yet.

I feel sorry for the person who is actually gonna send him the money.

No.

I had make a page describing exactly what you get, it was posted on the first page :) Here it is: http://www.studiocash.com/sale.html

Please refer to that for all the details, but to sum it up, you will get the affiliate program StudioCash, all setup with NATS already and it's own custom webmaster area, MAS software, with 10 paysites, a complete affiliate program, just NO CONTENT.

The sites have every single page already made for them, including tour pages, join, terms, and all 10 sites have their member areas as well. I'll upload the members area of one of the sites shortly.

The only thing you will need to launch this program would be the content for 9 of those sites. I can show you how to get and create the content like I did for $1,000 per site (20 scenes), uness ofcourse you want to shoot your own content for the sites and insert it in there.

I dedicated four years of my life to something that when launched, would have solved every monetary problem I have ever known. Now I am walking away from it to chase a dream.

I guess it all comes down to what your defintion of failure is.

alan-l 08-21-2006 03:30 PM

OK, taking a look now

On wednesday, at 10 PM Eastern, the highest bidder in this thread will own StudioCash and all of it's assets. No outside bids will be accepted :)

I'll post this info on the sale page as well: http://www.studiocash.com/sale.html

Dirty F 08-21-2006 03:52 PM

So the pics on the tour are also non transferable?

Yes, the preview screenshots are non transferable for all sites except xFestivals. I'll put the winner in touch with the person who took and touched up the screenshots if they wanted to have similair screenshots taken for StudioCash.

Dirty F 08-21-2006 04:03 PM

http://xgape.com/

This site for instance...after the pics are gone whats actually left? Nothing??

So what are you truly selling? A nats copy and a sponsor program design?

bbc3826 08-21-2006 04:18 PM

all of the assets of the program itself are worth at least $7000

tours/member areas
MAS
NATS (even if leased)

not to mention a lot of it has already been setup so it is ready to go besides the content

Franck, I'll leave it up to you to decide what I am selling... I have provided quite a bit of information so you can do your due dilligence if you would like to make a bid.

I know you just love to patronize me though...and that's okay, I don't mind :)

Anyways, I hope you don't hold grudges, life is too short for that. Email me if you want to chat. support [at] studiocash.com

MetaformX 08-21-2006 06:44 PM

I updated the page with more info: http://www.studiocash.com/sale.html

blazi 08-21-2006 09:19 PM

good luck with the bidding, prolly just like eBay bids will get nuts during end of bidding on Wednesday!!

Due 08-21-2006 10:47 PM

Is there no content in the members area now?
If yes, is that content not licensed?
Might have been interested IF there was content included

KrisKross 08-22-2006 12:27 AM

What's the top bid?

There is content in the members area of 3 sites (xGape, xCrib, xFestivals), but in the case of xGape and xCrib, their content is not transferable.

Sure...I want to be a filmmaker.

Our first movie won the Audience Award at the New York International Film Festival. It was written and directed by my brother.

Arent you selling the entire company?
Then the license is not transferred, just the ownership of the company. Except ofcourse if you made the content licensed to your personal name
