wonder how it will change... I mean SixFlags bought LaRonde what 3 years ago? They havent really done anything to it.
Allot of business there too.. my ex's dad was a VP for SBC and had their cottage next to Damphousse's & there were quite a few other decent names around the same part too...so I doubt they would change it much

It's not about changing things, it's about selling our GOODIES to the south. Why is it good for Unitedstaters and not for Canadians?

We are all Americans after all.

Yeah but its business too, I mean Im sure there were other offers etc.. these guys just happened to be the better offer. Though I get what you mean.

Personally Id be more worried about the water & further north. Theres nothing up there really stopping anyone from coming in and "taking it"
and its not like we have the best army in the world either ;p

I'm concern about the water to like Esker who dint know how to run their business but we stilll have alot of places to gather source water. But Tremblant is a huge fucking chunk of what Quebec have to offer. La Ronde was a thing but Tremblant????

La Ronde needed something like six flags and i think they are doing a good job. But man,,, WTF TREMBLANT????

How the fuck can you sell a mountain to foreigners? it make think of Guantanamo and Cuba.

What if they decide to put a military base there,,,

Im sure there was some sort of stipulations in the paperwork.
& I doubt the govt would let something like Tremblant slip away or become a us military base..

With Charest heading the province? ah ah ah ah.

I Feal sad. He sold untouchable forests, sold 1/3 of oxford mountain. he did alot of (you are my friend things). He's there for the money and that's wath he his giving to the ones that vote for him.

Charest is killing Quebec.

Fuck him! fucking capitalist that take benefit of the democraty we live in.

I'm not against people who vote him but please, dont make the same mistake the next time.

Quebec needed a change but not at that cost.

Are you kidding? Since Six Flags bought it in 2001, they've put in new rides every year including the Goliath this year, which apparently is incredible. There's been 16 new rides since 2002. Plus, a lot of the facilities have been renovated.
