Since it Does seem that the Voting is kinda unfair.
and several rules have been broken, why not do this as an Easy fix.

Have the named Judges look at ALL the Designs Entered.
Throw out the ones that broke the rules.
Then Judge the ones that are left.
Write a small review on each one.
Seems Fair to me.....

How many sites would be left if you cut out
the people that didn't follow the rules?
I am not sure, I didn't spend much time
looking.

I'm not sure if there's any site that directly broke the rules.
Well, my design does have an e-mail addy on it. But the e-mail leads to nowhere and I cannot be identified by it. There's a thin line on what's cheating and what's not.

Yeah,
I never looked at the other sites,
to see who was or wasn't breaking the rules,
I left that up to the Judges.
I just know what I read from this board.
I seen some people talking about

2 tours
Not all original Work.
a Design that lets people know who you are
Telling what design is yours before the voting is over.

I am NOT saying that these were broken, that is not for me to judge. All that list above is from what I saw other People saying was broken....

The main point of this subject is, Just let the JUDGES
decide what rules were broken if any buy each contestant.
then judge the remaining designs from the points that were listed on the site...

I realy think that once the deadline for people to be entered in the contest was reached. That is when Everyone would be given the same domain name to create a site for...
Becasue realy there is different classes of designs, and no one will judge a granny site higher than a teen site.
And NO that was not my site, LOL
