Another suit filed against Vonage over IPO

Vonage Holdings;s legal troubles to continue to mount, as attorneys filed another suit against the VOIP (voice over IP) company regarding its initial public offering (IPO) last month.

I warned everyone before this happen ... none of the big institutions were getting in on this IPO and it looked bad from the start ... anyone that bought that didn't do their research ... always do your research ..
