95% of the kids on gfy that talk politics couldn't tell you the difference in values between a republican and democrat or conservate and liberal.

I would love for one of them to explain in detail the democrats philophy on economic issue. I'm willing to be that if they had to explain their preferences in different platforms without anyone telling which party is which, most would be labeled republicans.

Its just ignorance that they dont know which is which.

I think he understands just fine. It is just funny to make fun of them.

You guys are finally lucky to have a conservative in power. Maybe now you guys can have legislation that will allow you to take advantage of your human resources and grow as a country with values that will promote success and not reward socialist thinking to ultimately grow the much needed pride in your country. Last time I check... Bush & co's ratings were around 30% and Canada's conservative party was elected with around 35% of the vote... 65% voted for a left leaning parties... So again, the majority is loving the Republicans and the Canadian's Conservatives...?

your crowd keeps talking about the evil conservatives and then they keep getting elected. the US says the country is going in the wrong direction only because the liberals have not articulated their direction. once they do, Americans will once again remember which direction they want.
