Who said anything about suing? I'm talking about Public Health inspections..since most of the strip bars I have been in serve food as well. They can shut you down if you don't have your food stored at the right temp, but penis dipping gets a pass?

I know they don't advertise it or anything, but I'm just surprised it happens so often without someone getting shut down. I guess Public Health hasn't developed any policies for inspecting strip bars for penis-dipping yet.
