I use godaddy and namecheap and never had problems with them..

OK. So, you didn't do your homework, then cursed them because of your own mistakes and now you're unhappy and want a refund? If it was me, not only I wouldn't give you a refund, I'd cancel the transaction as well. Next time try to have a little bit of professionalism and you'll see how things work a lot better

And I'm not intending to support GoDaddy, we've 500+ domains with them, but also have a bulk with Directnic and even a few with NetSol, I just can't understand why people complains so much about GoDaddy and I usually see it always ends with the complaining one being guilty.

Seriously man, try a different approach to things. Or keep paying 400% more for the same service at NetSol, whatever fits you
