PR: Alpha Red Expands Network Capacity

ALPHA RED EXPANDS NETWORK CAPACITY, Press Release: April 24th 2006
ALPHA RED INC EXPANDS NETWORK CAPACITY
Third full 10GigabitEthernet uplink now operational.

Houston, Texas | April 24, 2006: Alpha Red, Inc. (www.AlphaRed.com) today announced that it has turned up its third full 10Gigabit uplink.
The third 10Gigabit uplink now brings Alpha Red's total capacity to a whopping 34Gbps. "We are all very pleased that our customers think as much as they do of us, to allow us to grow this large! Following this addition, we also have plans to add a 4th 10Gigabit uplink to Tier-1 transit provider, Global Crossing, Inc", says Michael Sanduval, Vice President of Alpha Red.

The new additional capacity will allow Alpha Red to continue the amazing growth they have seen over the last year, which has been continuing strong as Alpha Red Incorporated continues to provide exceedingly satisfying service to their customers. "Our customer base is made up of some of the largest sites in the world, all the way down to your average small business, or web hosting customer. We treat each of them fairly, and they all benefit from upgrades such as these. This ensures that their network speeds, stability, and reliability will remain second to none as we move farther into 2006. We have over 25,000Megabits of bandwidth in utilization, and are growing at an average rate of 8% per quarter in terms of bandwidth usage." says, Michael Sanduval.

Alpha Red Inc has plans to bring in additional capacity via SAVVIS, Inc following the Global Crossing, Inc transit installation.
"We hope that bringing in additional carriers, SAVVIS, AT&T, and other's with good routes and peering in the USA and internationally, will help us target more latency sensitive clients and offer our industry-leading service and network to market segments such as VoIP, Online Gaming, and Enterprise e-Commerce sites who demand low latency where ever possible.", says James McCreary, CEO of Alpha Red Inc.
"We are truly, a multi-segment corporation, serving sites and customers of all types, and doing so with exceedingly amazing service satisfaction.", says McCreary.

In comparison to other leading server providers, Alpha Red is the largest bandwidth user.

EV1 - 28 Gig external (4 Gig between datacenters)
Webair - 10 Gigabits
The Planet - 27 Gigabits

"This makes us the biggest dedicated server company on the internet. We have lead the pack in utilized bandwidth for some time. We are now providing somewhere near 3% of internet content.", said Michael Sanduval.

Alpha Red Hosting features backbone bandwidth connectivity from Cogent Communications. Alpha Red Hosting currently has 3 Gbit/s uplink to Cogent Communications. All uplinks are fully reduntant to one another incase of a fiber cut.
