iBill Sucks
Currently I have 5 accounts with Globill but I recevied a lot of emails from my potential member regarding the signup fail with Globill. 2 weeks ago, I decided to use iBill as my 2nd CCP but I found iBill really suck!!!!!
1)After everything setup, I sent a email to [email protected] but they never reply and the funny thing is I found that they start to accept member . 2) I did add some sub-accounts and email them about the FTP info of the sub-accounts. They also never reply my email. I know I am just a small potato in the adult webmaster industry but I really don't understand how they treat their merchant like this? |

They usually respond within 12 hours.
Have you tried emailing your customer service representative? |

Ya..with Ibill you just have to get on the phone and talk to them in person...and if someone isnt helping you properly then ask to speak to a superviser or someone else...if you sound pissed they usually fix things right awy.

iBill took 14 days to even talk to me. I went elsewhere.
SunBill set me up over night, but their signups never worked the whole month I tried to use them and the backend for stats was down for over a week. GloBill set me up in 4 hours and have always answered techsupport within an hour. Sometimes the expire will fail, but a quick refresh and all is well again. RoadTrip |

I may sign up with them, but they want to limit me to $100. about as much use as a pork pie at a jewish wedding. We only occaisionally take that small an order.
So we told them to sort it or forget about it. Have not heard since, but I think Cathy follows this board. she has been very helpful. |

When I contacted them at the time my first check was due and didn't show up, they told me that they had never received a required agreement from me, though I had not only sent it but had proof of the faxmission. This was the agreement that stated I was giving them permission to accept money in my behalf, so I guess they figured until they acknowleged receipt of it, they were collecting the cash for themselves... So, I send another copy of the agreement off to them but still have to wait two more weeks to get the money for that period. However, the real kicker came six months later- when I had to wait an additional month for the reserves they'd held during that time. See, their "system is set up" where the reserves are applied at the time they pay you, not when they collect the money. Since I didn't get paid that first period - I didn't have the reserves applied until the next period! |

My buddy has been trying to get the password management team
to upload the files to the correct directory for a couple of days now. It takes them 24 hours to retry it seems so clients have been unable to get into his site for a few days. I think Ibill is gone for the day so he is out of service tonight as well. Please light some fires there lol! |

Just awful someone has a paysite and his members cannot log in for DAYS!!!
I Wouldn't want to be in that situation. Sounds like ibill needs to hire a few extra people to handle e-mails & support. |
