I saw Dr. Drew's show on the Discovery Health channel about this procedure.

They also tighten up the vagina during the procedure and the husband of the couple being interviewed was obviously VERY pleased with the end results of the surgery.

I saw this on some plastic surgery show recently. It's usually done in women whose religion requires that they show proof (bloody sheet) that she was a virgin on the wedding night. It's not all that new and not really all that popular with anyone other than Muslim women.
