those houses are pretty fugly for the price. Can get a much nicer home here in the Lake Lanier area (metro atlanta) :)

I'd get rid of the country interior and go more modern. It's a nice place, good square footage and a hell of a property.

It's more about the area, house, etc, then the interiour. That would have to be replaced for sure in the given examples.
