Lizzie, I totally apologized to Mandy and I do mean it. It was early and I was talking shit on GFY as I usually do, I definitely overstepped on that one...I do however think that the way Vivid Direct is marketed is completely within normal telemartketing procedures, from the list acquisition to the disclosures to potential customers.

What I wrote to Head_Hunter where I said he didn't know who he was talking to, I meant he had no idea who he was talking to...he told me that I was from NJ and that I was giving out model info. Totally false. I then went ahead and poked him a little.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I'm not that big of an asshole and that while I stand behind our marketing practices, I do apologize to Mandy for the rude remarks that I made.

My Point is the telemarketer should only speak with the person on the list, no one else - how fucking hard a guidline is that to follow?

heres were it can be a pandoras box

because most telemarketers have quotas, there will be those who will fuck up and not go by this guidline and that fuckup like the scenerio described above will only bring unwanted attention.

but... Wouldn't the biggest purveyor of t&a be ggw , and aren't they under investigation for illegally charging thousands of people for videos they never requested/have no way of cancelling ..? ( and also have been using the same tactics )

yea they are and thats their biggest fuckup.

im surprised they did this especially since theyre so high profile.

the only way to stop the re-blilling is to cancel your card.

whats amazing is credit card companies will not help with this and wont tell you the best way is to end it is to cancel your card ect.

whats even more fucked up they know this scam yet dont do a fucking thing about it.

of course you can disput the bill but you cant block anyone from hitting and re billing your card.
