I'm going to assume your talking about the H2.
Listen, the H2 is not off-road capable. It sits on a Tahoe chassis for Christ's sake. Sure you 'll be able to drive down a gravel road in the back woods of South Carolina. Other than that your asking for trouble. You will never ever see an off-road enthusiast who runs trails with an H2. I have seen a couple Hummers running trails though it's few and far between. Hummers can go off-roading and are certainly built for it. Though you will rarely see one on the trails as their base price is 130,000. So.. The point is, no one should own an H2 even if they do off-road. If your going to go off roading there is only one vehicle. JEEP. |
I take mine offroading, over logs and through small rivers. Its scratched up quite a bit, especially underneath with all the big rocks that I've kicked up under it. Skid plates protect the important parts though, I'm not really concerned.

People will buy what they like. The H2 is a good compromise between the looks of it's big brother ther Hummer and a Suburban. It does nothing great but it does everything well. I think they are cool even though I don't want or need one for myself.
