Anyone ever have bison burgers? Cripes. Get the insanely thick ones at the supermarket, Load it on the bbq, cook it for 7 minutes on each side, drop it between buns.. no condiments, cheese or nothing, just bread and meat.

YUMMMMMMMMMM

It was an orgasm with every bite. So juicy, flavourful and full of goodness.

Best part? It's only one third the fat of lean beef.

yea I have had one or two - I never noticed a huge difference between beef and bison, but I've always had it loaded with other crap to distract from the meat

There is a bar/tavern called the Train Wreck in St.Louis that specializes in Bison Burgers and occaisonaly Ostrich!

It's all in how you cook it. Bison is much leaner than beef but if you get a cook (or you) who doesn't know what their doing it's like chewing sand.

But if you cook it right, you'll never have a better burger.
