God knows they're not hanging out here. The russian programmers I do know who speak English are geniuses on the coding side.....problem is I find them few and far in between.

problem with a lot of these russian forums is they're 100% Russian so it's tough for a foreigner to understand the shit they're talking about

that is correct, te problem is 99% of them do TGPs only, they always talk about trading trraffic, listing galleries, the best autosubmitter ..., it just gets boring if you're not in the TGP game
