Im waiting a week for a support and I sent already another 3 emails in the past 4 days and they are not answering...

btw, Im seeing in theier subscription page that they only have UNITED STATS as country to select, they only bill USA credit cards?

I have them on a couple sites, my billing pages have all the countries on it, not just the US.

hum, the site Im setting up is a shopping online, I think thats why are only showing USA, I need contact them, but they dont answer ...

I just talked to them. You should be getting a email from them. They usually respond to emails.

yep, theier support used to be fast, but now Im waiting for a week, and sent lots of emails...

The support guy there just told me that he just sent you 2 emails. He said he never got any emails from you. Are you sure your sending your emails to the right email address? What email address are you using?
