That's quite funny. I've had open dialogues with several affiliate reps who couldnt even understand normal corporate lingo. Makes you wonder if some of these (over)glorified sponsors really pack their gear.

Well being oversaturated and starting out as a "small guy" have nothing to do with each other. Actually I'm more impressed by a "small guy" that started out with NOTHING and became a millionaire than a millionaire that invested and became a bigger millionaire. VERY easy to make money if you have it to begin with.

Please cite an example where an small guy penetrated an over saturated market and became a millionairre.

You much have better odds of making money in an oversaturated market than in one without any competition. When the market is oversaturated, you know there's a market. When there's no competition, there may be no market.

Happens every day. Look at Wal-Mart. Sears, JC Penny's, Woolworths even K-Mart etc were already big names before he started. Where are these guys now?

At any rate, in our biz I'm sure there are guys that have started within the last 3 years with nothing that are doing very well. According to you they shouldn't be.

Well, he is right about the reps though... female reps for sure. Nearly all are worthless. Program owners need to catch a clue and realize that eye candy does not make you money, unless its for content.
