You know, one of those programs that takes 2 files and shows you the difference between them in highlighted text. What should I get?

I use editpad pro: http://www.editpadpro.com/

In addition to doing diffs, it lets you edit HEX, do block copy and paste, tabbed edit spaces (great for side by side comparisons of files or easy copy/paste from one to another), syntax highlighting for all common languages, indicators to show begin and end quotes, brackets, braces, etc and much more.
