Please keep in mind, this is our personal experience and I'm NOT speaking for any other programs using NATS.

It came down to our overall comfort level for JasonandAlex as a company and our affiliates that we part ways with nats. Our issues we experienced were more related to tracking issues, password management issues and overall accuracy issues. To get into specifics on a board would be to much as well as time consuming. With that said, Chris(iBanker) or myself would be more than happy to field any phone calls.

This was not a fly by night decision on our part. We carefully thought it out and have taken the time to transition away over the last 3 weeks.

We feel we will have more flexibility with regards to various billers such as our own merchant account, 2000charge and GXB to name a few.

Our phone number here at the office is 858-587-9000 ext 102 for those of you who would like to know more.

It seems that both products offer a lot so it's not suprising that one may be more suitable for a sponsor.

Before you open your mouth and start with the allegations, you best have your ducks all in a row. I can assure you I do.

You might be travelling down a road that you don't want to go down on.

If you want to talk about skimming, we can discuss skimming.

All I can say is this since we have switched and please keep in mind the data is still early but hits are up and so are the joins

You don't have to have a shaving feature to shave. Sometimes incompetence works too.

If you would like to come to our office, you can log right in to our program with full admin rights and do all the searching you want.

We have nothing to hide. Never have and never will.

There is no way they'd do that. Jason and Alex are dipshit newbies. If they wanted to be shavers, they could have easily slapped together your typical bullshit PPS program, burned thru some merchant accounts and done "free" trials, cross sells, upsells, e-mail boxes on tours, and whored out the members e-mail lists.

Instead, they take the time and effort to come up with strong paysites loaded with exclusive content in a partnership program.

I left out complete words, much less letters. These guys are straight shooters. I know this is GFY and anon's can take digs at anyone without having one shred of proof to back it up, but that doesn't mean we have to sit there and read their bullshit without calling them on it.

Agree absolutely. As I mentioned in the other thread it's all about bottom line and smart money would say nobody would be daft enough to screw up that hugely again by re-introducing a shave feature after the last time. So I trust MPA3 as much as I trust anything these days and more so than some as I genuinely make more sales/get more clicks with programs using MPA3. Could just be me though I suppose...

I'm not hiding behind an alias, my other account got blacklisted for posting some of my honest opinions about a couple admins on this board. Course, i was drunk and knew better, but sometimes those beer goggles can affect your judgement.

As for the shaving, you had to know someone was going to say it. Everyone knows the history of MPA, and personally I don't push any sites using their program just because of that tarnished reputation.

Note that I am not speaking from personal experience. A good friend of mine, who i trust, told me about it and the fact that option is so easily available, reduced my faith in the program.

Of course, anyone can figure out how to shave, i'm not saying it doesn't happen. I'm just saying that I'm not going to buy a Pinto just because I know there is the possibility of it getting rear ended and blowing up easier than any other car ;).

Looks like your already did. And you are saying you asked J&A to get off Nats several times over the past 2 months, but they say the moved away cuz of stats issues. Why would they have to be asked several times to stop using something they are having issues with? So now I wonder if they brought some type of problem up and you guys asked them to get off your system instead of trying to correct it.

No, it's not just you.
It's the the question that's gone unanswered that nobody seems to know the answer to.

Why is it that when a program changes to NATS, sales have gone down? For me at least. Never understood it. Will the acception of a few, i've dropped programs using NAT's because of this.

Just to clarify they were not asked to move away because of shaving or what not. I have no reason to believe they would ever steal sales.

They were not happy with the solution. They were told they should check out other software products and we would do whatever they needed in order to help them make a smooth transition. Not every solution is good for everyone.

Again, I'm not going to comment/argue/bicker/fight over this on the boards. The silly board drama can be left to those who make their living off of it. If you have questions you're more than welcome to contact us but we will not be here to try to entertain the masses.

I've had the same experience with NATS and have held off promoting anything else that uses it for this reason.

Nothing like a little bit of drama to get things going in the morning.

Not even remotely close... sorry to disappoint the conspiracy theorists that a sponsor was shaving but that's just not what happened. I believe that John points that out as well in one of his posts.

The allegations in this thread are entertaining at best.

Shut your fucking pie holes if all you have is speculation.

And for the record...This was NOT directed at either of the 2 companies involved.

So now I wonder if they brought some type of problem up and you guys asked them to get off your system instead of trying to correct it.
Now it is starting to get clear.... Good call there.

NATS may well be a great backend program, but people will have to realize that it's not goign to fit into every company's technical needs or organizational structures.. Using NATS doesn't make a program good or bad.. it makes it their choice. I don't see why people are so quick to condemn people who don't choose NATS or MPA2 or whatever.. it's almost like a fad, people are gung ho about one backend for a while and then it's on to the next one. No software is perfect or infallible, and considering that NATS is new, maybe there's technical aspects involved in it's implimentation that have caused problems for J&A. Who knows? The offer of an explaination is there, I wish people around here would find out facts before they start assuming.

I will say it one more time here and now. This was not out to harm anyone, but when another man (John Albright, owner of NATS to my knowledge) calls our Company or any of its employees liars, I am forced to defend all. I speak the truth. We run a solid business built on firm ground, and I will have words (or initiate immediate legal action) with anyone the makes such defamatory claims saying otherwise.

If anyone thinks NATS is UNSHAVEABLE then you need to see this. Here is a screencap of what NATS reports I should pay my affiliates for all rebills (recurring charges) for ELECTRACASH (one of our check processors)

5 total rebills.

Here is what ELECTRACASH says I should pay.

275 total rebills.

270 missing rebills because of NATS. FACT.

Do you know how long it takes to even find that problem, and THEN cut separate checks for the affiliates to make sure you do the right thing and they get paid for their hard work? This is one of the many problems we had with NATS and one of the many reasons we moved far away from it.

Now, you can expect John or one of his tech guys to jump on this board and give you all a line (or explanation depending on how you decide to view it) about how this is some security loophole, and it has to do with it being ELECTRACASH's fault, and so on. It always seemed to be someone else's fault when it came to the blame being pointed at NATS (and I have further proof of this as well). The only reason we went with Nats was because of the NO SHAVE feature.

This is just the beginning?
