Who's got them cheaper than that?

Someone bought a ton of games awhile back (used games) dirt cheap $5-$15ish. (legit company)

I remember one place (wasn't like $5) but it was a Canadian site who stripped down software/games retail boxes which was like 30-40% cheaper. I think the name had "dragon" in it.
