photoshop/image ready question
Why can't I save anything smaller than 4 k.
If I have a 1k gif when I save it, it's always 4k. There has got to be a preference, but I can't figure out what the fuck is going on. |

That's very odd.
I just re-installed PS (so all the settings are default) and I have never seen that problem.

Weird, you should be able to if the original is 1k, unless you're adding extra color to the image.

For fucks sake, it has to be something simple. |

You doing file> save for web?
If so it has settings in there to adjust it down, also check to see if for a fact the filesize when you save is that big. there are a couple of tabs at diffrent compressions so maybe you are looking at original.

tried all those. Guess it's a call to Adobe in the morning. Must be some sort of bug, as it's doing the same thing on both of my comps.
