Not so sick & I've seen alot worse (dick torture comes to mind). The reason your pics are not loading is because the link is wrong (jpeg should be jpg).

Yep you have HTA on. Odd that you can load the link straight to the pics but not the pic to a different site. Has to be the settings on the htaccess. Or whatever you call it.
