What, upgrading to Version 10 doesn't do it? Guess not. Everytime I click the Obtain License button on their site, it says "FAILED".

Yes the WMP update was a DRM component. Try that URL and tell me if the "Upgrade Complete" button ever becomes active. The peice of shit doesn't work for me.
